Mars Hot Chicken was started by a husband, wife, and their adventurous cousin who shared one simple mission: bring ridiculously fresh, high-quality fast food to Fort Lauderdale. What began as a family dream quickly turned into a cosmic pursuit—crafting hot chicken so good, it feels out of this world. Together, they set out to prove that fast food can be fresh, flavorful, and made with love… all while adding a little Martian magic to every meal.

This was hands down the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life, not to mention the sweet and very considerate customer service!
